We’re looking for someone to fill EIC’s position of Account Manager. If you’re a people-person with a passion for people, desire to grow, we want you! We need someone who works well in a high energy, positive company culture. Here are some potential responsibilities:
Develop & Implement Marketing Campaigns: Each of our clients has a custom digital marketing package specific to their needs. These packages include strategies involving SEO, PPC, inbound marketing, email marketing, social media management, website optimization, reputation management, content creation, etc. The Account Manager will be responsible for putting together the best plan for each client and make sure it’s executed on properly.
Build & Maintain Relationships With The Client: Customer service is #1 to us. The Account Manager is the direct point of contact for our clients and it’s crucial that this role is able to effectively communicate with each client and keep them happy. If our clients aren’t happy, neither are we.
Work Directly With the CEO: The Account Manager is the CEO’s right hand and will be responsible for assisting the CEO with business development, marketing strategies, monthly sales training events and any other task that may arise.
Manage Account Coordinator and/or Interns: These roles report directly to the Account Manager. It will be up to this team member to allocate work to the Account Coordinator and/or Intern to ensure every to-do is completed in a timely fashion.
Work Well Under Pressure: Whether it be facing a tight deadline or dealing with an upset client, the Account Manager will be expected to always remain level headed.
Required Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in digital marketing including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media management
Extreme focus on customer/client satisfaction
Must be detail oriented
Have a positive personality and a creative spirit
Self-Starter who is willing to take initiative
